For importers, distributors and tyre shops

Every tyre. Every cost. Every rupee accounted for.

Three tools that work as one: warehouse and inventory management, a counter system for orders, invoices and payments, and a phone app that scans the label on the tyre straight into stock.

  • Landed cost per consignment — FOB, duty, freight, clearing, demurrage — allocated to every single SKU
  • DOT week tracking with FIFO enforcement, so you hear about aging stock months before it dies
  • Orders, invoices and payments in one place — cash, cheque and credit, the way the trade actually pays
  • Scan the tyre label with a phone and it is in stock — no data entry, works offline
Being built with the trade, not for it. Three design-partner places are open for the 2026 cohort — you shape the product and get the first six months at cost. We do not publish customer numbers we do not have.

No sign-up form and no trial to configure yourself. We come to you, load your own rate list and stock, and show you your own numbers.

Click through the tabs — this is the actual product, not a picture of it

What we sell

Three products. One set of numbers underneath them.

Buy the one that hurts most today. They share the same stock, cost and customer record, so nothing gets entered twice and nothing disagrees with anything else.

Anyone receiving or counting stock

An Android and iPhone app that reads the barcode label and the moulded DOT code on the sidewall, and writes both into inventory. No typing, works with no signal.

  • Barcode scan identifies brand, size and pattern
  • Camera reads the four-digit DOT week and year
  • Goods-in, stock check and transfers from the phone
  • Offline queue that syncs when signal returns

Why a tyre system, not an ERP

A general accounting system can bill a tyre. It cannot manage one.

A tyre is a dated, perishable, capital-heavy product sold in hundreds of size and load-rating variants, bought by the container and warranted by a principal overseas. Seven things follow from that — and they are the seven things generic software does not do.

How you get started

We move your registers. That is the hard part, and it is ours.

The barrier to a system like this has never been the price. It is the fear of the move — years of khata, rate lists and stock counts sitting in books and spreadsheets nobody wants to touch.

  1. 1

    Data review

We photograph your rate list and stock register, take whatever files you have, and tell you honestly what will import cleanly and what will not.

  2. 2

    We do the move

Our team digitises the catalog, consignment history, customer ledger and opening stock. You check it against your own books before anything goes live.

  3. 3

Training in Urdu, at your counter

Your munshi and counter staff learn on their own data, in their own language, in your shop — not on a video call with sample records.

  4. 4

    One month of shadow running

Keep your register for a month and compare. If the numbers do not match, that is our problem to fix before you rely on it.

General pricing

Priced against what it recovers — not per person at the counter

Three men sharing one terminal is how this trade works. Charging by head is a tax on that, so we price per company and per branch. Figures below are indicative and honestly so: the final number is set after we have seen your consignment and rate data.

Where this goes

The rest of the chain, and when it arrives

We are not going to pretend these exist yet. This is the order they get built in, and the dates move only when engineering commits to them in writing.

  1. Distributor portal — their own stock, pricing and orders upstreamPhase 2
  2. Dealer ordering — Urdu, big buttons, three taps, on a phonePhase 2
  3. Fleet and corporate — cost per kilometre, retread and casing trackingPhase 3
  4. Warranty and brand-principal claims, packaged the way your principal acceptsPhase 3
  5. Intelligence — fill rate, aging forecast, recommended pricingPhase 4

Bring us one consignment file and one rate list.

In one meeting we will show you your own stock, your own landed cost and your own aging — inside the system. If the numbers do not justify the spend, we will tell you that in the same meeting.
