Pricing
You are not buying software. You are buying back leakage.
So the price is argued against what it recovers, never compared per seat with a generic ERP. Everything below is indicative — the committed figure comes after we have looked at your consignment and rate data, and it goes in writing.
Before you look at the price
Two numbers decide your year. Neither one is in your register.
Stock that quietly aged past the point anyone will pay full price for it, and margin handed away one discount at a time below the floor you thought you had set. Move the sliders to your own business — the arithmetic is yours, not ours.
As a share of sales. Most multi-brand distributors sit between 1% and 2.5% once every counter discount is added up.
We default this low on purpose. A system cannot recover leakage it cannot see, and no system recovers all of it.
What visibility puts back
PKR 70 lakh
Per year, at the recovery rate you set above
paiyaay costs
PKR 24 lakh /yr

At these numbers it pays for itself and then some. Worth a conversation.
These are your assumptions, not our promises. Bring your actual consignment file and rate list and we will run the same arithmetic on real numbers in front of you — including the answer where it does not pay.

Add-ons
| Additional branch or godown | Each, per month | PKR 25,000 |
| Scanner app | Included from Control Tower, unlimited phones | Free |
| Dealer portal | Free while a paying importer anchors the network | Free |
| Implementation and data migration | From, one-off, quoted after data review | PKR 10 lakh |
Implementation
Billed once, upfront, and it is real work: catalog digitisation, consignment and ledger history, opening stock, integration and on-site training in Urdu. From PKR 10 lakh, quoted after the data review. A pilot without a written conversion date and price is not something we offer — it wastes your time as much as ours.
Straight answers
Is there a free trial?
No. A trial you configure yourself is a Western sales model that does not fit this trade, and a half-configured system tells you nothing useful. We come to you, load your own rate list and stock, and you judge it on your own numbers.
Why not per user? Everyone else charges per user.
Because three men share one terminal in most godowns and shops, and charging by head is a tax on staffing. You pay per company and per branch. Add as many people as you need.
Does the scanner app cost extra?
No. It is included from the Control Tower tier, on as many phones as you like. It is not much use without the inventory behind it, so pricing it separately would be a trick rather than a product.
What happens to my data if we stop?
You export all of it, in a documented format, on request. That is written into the contract, not just promised on a website. The fear of lock-in in this market is rational and we are not going to trade on it.
Does it handle FBR digital invoicing?
Yes, through the sanctioned integration path. We treat it as hygiene rather than a headline — if you are an importer you have most likely already solved it, and a system that got invoicing wrong would not be worth discussing.
Can we start with one godown or one shop?
Yes, and most should. One location, clean data, staff who trust the numbers — then add branches. Rolling out to five godowns at once is how these projects fail.
Bring us one consignment file and one rate list.
In one meeting we will show you your own stock, your own landed cost and your own aging — inside the system. If the numbers do not justify the spend, we will tell you that in the same meeting.
