Scanner App

Point a phone at the tyre. It is in stock.

An Android and iPhone app for goods-in, stock checks and transfers. It reads the barcode label to identify the tyre and reads the moulded DOT code on the sidewall for week and year — the two pieces of information nobody wants to type 1,200 times.

Warehouse staff, counter staff, anyone counting stock

Book a demo

Two reads, one scan

The barcode gives brand, size, pattern and load rating. The camera then reads the four-digit DOT stamp — 2225 meaning week 22 of 2025 — so the batch is dated correctly without anyone squinting at a sidewall and guessing.

When it cannot read it, it says so

Worn or dirty sidewalls happen. The app flags an unclear DOT for a human to confirm rather than writing a wrong date into your stock. A wrong number is worse than a missing one.

Works with no signal

Godowns have thick walls. Scans queue on the phone and sync when the connection returns, so a goods-in never stops because a bar dropped.

Goods-in, stock check, transfer

The same app receives a container against its consignment, runs a rack-by-rack count that reconciles against the system, and moves stock between locations.

Every capability named on this site is either shipped or carries a dated commitment in our Promise Ledger. Ask to see it — including what is not built yet.

Bring us one consignment file and one rate list.

In one meeting we will show you your own stock, your own landed cost and your own aging — inside the system. If the numbers do not justify the spend, we will tell you that in the same meeting.
